Thomso'26 passes

Your Thomso ID was issued when you signed up. Paying is what turns it into a festival pass. The pass is personal, non-transferable, and valid for one person only.

Nothing sold on this site is refundable. There is no deposit and no partial refund — a cancellation, a no-show, or withdrawing from an event afterwards does not return any part of what you paid.

Any prize money is paid to the bank account on your profile, so those details must be valid and accurate. Thomso is not responsible for a transfer that goes astray because the details you gave were wrong. IIT Roorkee students are eligible for prize money only if they have registered for the fest.

Which pass you hold — Accommodation or Non-Accommodation — is what you are billed for, so it is fixed once the payment is confirmed. Change it before you pay, not after.

A valid college ID card must be on record before payment, and the original will be checked at the gate. Entry can be refused if the two do not match.

The Accommodation Pass includes campus accommodation for the fest days; where you are housed is allotted by the organisers. Accommodation is compulsory for every female participant, so the Accommodation Pass is the pass they hold and cannot be exchanged for the Non-Accommodation one.

Bring your Thomso ID and a photo ID — that is how you are checked in. Campus and IIT Roorkee rules apply throughout the fest, and the organisers may withdraw a pass for misconduct without a refund.

Thomso reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose conduct is obscene, vulgar or otherwise inappropriate, at any point during the fest. IIT Roorkee campus rules apply to everybody on the premises, and anyone who does not observe them may be asked to leave the campus. Neither decision is refundable.

The fest is photographed and filmed throughout, on stage and around the campus. By attending you consent to being photographed and recorded, and to Thomso and IIT Roorkee using those photographs and that footage for coverage, archives and promotion, with no further permission or payment.

Events, timings, venues and performing artists may change. The fest is not liable for travel or stay costs you incur around a change.

Payments are processed by Easebuzz. Thomso never sees or stores your card, UPI or banking credentials. If money leaves your account without a confirmation, the gateway either settles or reverses it — write to us with your Thomso ID and the transaction reference rather than paying twice.
